- 01Artwork review
Files are checked for resolution, bleeds, trapping, colour modes and die-line alignment before they reach the press.
- 02Proofing
Digital, Epson and press-proofs are produced and signed off so colour expectations are locked before production begins.
- 03Plate & cylinder prep
Offset plates and flexo sleeves are imaged in-house with laser precision for clean dots and smooth vignettes.
- 04Press monitoring
Every run is supervised for registration, density, dot gain and substrate behaviour, with live corrections on the floor.
- 05Finishing & QC
Cutting, creasing, folding, gluing and final inspection happen under the same roof for consistent output.
05Quality promise
A beautiful design is worthless if it cannot be reproduced. Our pre-press engineers engineer every artwork for real-world substrates — with correct bleeds, trap, over-print, spot colours, foils, embossing and varnish. We attend press proofs and press checks, and hand off files that come off the machine exactly as approved.
