It has to pull footfall from three aisles away, hold attention long enough to start a conversation and leave visitors talking about it on the drive home. Artexpress designs and fabricates exhibition stalls end-to-end — concept, 3D visualisation, engineering, in-house fabrication, graphics, AV, lighting and on-site install — for trade shows, expos and product launches across India.
Design that stops footfall
Every stall begins with a study of the hall — sight-lines, entry flow, neighbouring booths, ceiling constraints and lighting rig. From there we design bold silhouettes, considered materials and hero graphics engineered to work at 30 feet and at arm's length. Concepts are delivered as photoreal 3D visuals and walk-throughs so you approve exactly what will be built.
Engineering that respects safety and rules
Our engineering team drafts stamped structural drawings, load calculations and rigging plans that comply with organiser codes, fire regulations and venue byelaws. Nothing is improvised on-site — every truss, platform, ceiling element and AV mount is engineered, documented and approved before fabrication begins.
In-house fabrication, no third-party handoffs
We fabricate in our own Delhi NCR workshop — carpentry, metal work, acrylic, LED, digital print, vinyl and lightbox — with a dedicated project team from the day the design is signed off. That means no vendor blame games, tighter quality control and delivery timelines that hold even when the brief changes mid-build.
On-ground install and show-floor support
Our install crews travel with the stall. We handle logistics, unloading, build-up, AV commissioning, lighting focus, dressing, snag-fixing and the daily maintenance during show days. A dedicated project manager is present through open hours so any last-mile fix — a bulb, a panel, a plinth — is handled before it becomes visible to visitors.
Ethics, sustainability and honest costing
Estimates are itemised, scopes are written down and change orders are priced before work begins — no last-minute surprises on the invoice. Where possible we design for reuse, modular repeat-builds and recyclable substrates to reduce show-to-show waste. Vendor and labour practices are audited so on-site crews work under safe, fair conditions.
How we execute a stall project
A typical engagement runs 6–10 weeks: brief and site study, concept and 3D visuals, engineering and material sign-off, in-workshop fabrication and quality check, dispatch, on-site build-up in the allotted setup window, show-day support and controlled dismantle. Every milestone maps to a written approval so both sides know exactly where the project stands.

Pan-India — Delhi NCR (Pragati Maidan, IEML Greater Noida, Yashobhoomi), Mumbai (BEC, JIO), Bengaluru (BIEC), Hyderabad (HITEX), Chennai (CTC), Ahmedabad (Helipad) and more. We have also delivered stalls at international shows on request.
What sizes do you build?
From 9 sqm shell-scheme upgrades to 500+ sqm double-decker custom builds. Modular systems, reusable kits and one-off hero builds are all in scope.
How early should we brief you before a show?
Ideally 8–10 weeks before build-up day. We can turn around smaller stalls in 4–5 weeks in a pinch, but earlier engagement unlocks better design, better materials and better print quality.
Do you handle AV, lighting and interactive elements?
Yes — LED walls, digital signage, touch interactives, product demos, sampling stations and stage-lighting rigs, fully integrated with the build.
How is the project costed?
Every quote is itemised across design, fabrication, print, AV, logistics, install and dismantle. Change orders are priced and approved in writing before any additional work begins.
