We ship a practical, no-nonsense brand guidelines document that your internal team, agencies, printers and vendors can pick up and apply on day one. Real examples, do-and-don't grids, downloadable asset packs, colour references in Pantone, CMYK, RGB and HEX, and a governance model so the brand stays consistent long after we hand it over.
Ethical practice and originality
Every mark we ship is drawn from scratch and screened against global trademark databases before delivery. We do not resell templates, do not use AI-generated logos, and we protect your identity work under a signed NDA. On approval, you own the copyright outright and receive documentation to support your trademark filing.
How we execute an identity project
Identity projects follow the same four-stage rhythm as our packaging work — Evaluation, Strategy, Designing and Delivery — mapped over 4–6 weeks. A logo-only engagement typically runs 3–4 weeks. A full identity system with guidelines and collateral takes 5–8 weeks depending on scope and review speed.
Do we get full source files and ownership?
Yes — editable vector source files (AI, SVG, PDF), raster exports, web-ready assets, brand guidelines and full copyright ownership on final payment.
Do you screen the mark for trademark conflicts?
We perform a global visual and word-mark screening across major public trademark databases before delivery, and share the report so your IP counsel can proceed with confidence.
Can you refresh an existing logo instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. We handle evolutionary refreshes as well as ground-up rebrands, and will recommend the right route after a short discovery session.
Will you use AI-generated or template logos?
No. Every mark is drawn by hand by our designers. We use research and reference boards, never generative outputs, as final artwork.
